Ok. Its come to our attention that many of you do not know how to properly say "chatta".
Cha--as in cha cha the dance, tta-as in "ta ta -darling". put it together.
Today has been less hot and more overcast with intermittant showers. Tommorrow we go on a little day trip to visit the hill tribes. Chiang Mai is really cool. The people are very pleasant and the town has the lay out and feel of a European village. The rooms are cheap. Food has been the same where ever we go. Around 5$ for dinner and drinks if in restaurant. 2 or 3 at a stall. Northern Thai food is more like what we have ABQ. We are taking a cooking lesson day after next and we will, ofcourse, have a demonstration of our new found expertise upon arrival for those lucky souls in NM.
Going to a parade and night bazzare tonight. We post how it goes.
Also: internet is fast and cheap here. Personal emails and or postings are always welcome and we will respond.
